A web site in Siberia the place early people lived has been dated to 417,000 years in the past, making it by far probably the most historical early human web site discovered this far north.
“This web site dramatically revises our understanding of when people reached excessive latitudes,” John Jansen on the Czech Academy of Sciences instructed a press convention on 16 April. Different early human websites within the Arctic area are not more than 45,000 years previous, he says.
