An evacuation order was issued on Monday afternoon for properties within the space of Chilly Lake First Nations 149 (Legoff).
The alert, which was issued at 4:49 p.m., says a wildfire is burning within the space from Vary Street 430 to Vary Street 434.
Anybody who lives in a house close to the hearth is being requested to go away.
Chilly Lake First Nation is about 280 kilometres northeast of Edmonton.
