Fifteen Republican Senators voted towards a $95 billion international help package deal to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan that was handed on Tuesday.
The package deal secured bipartisan help, passing with 79 votes to 18. It ended months of debate and delay from lawmakers throughout the Home.
