JK Buyers Bombay, Good Advisory and Raymond Shopper Care have eliminated Nawaz Modi Singhania as their director, the businesses spokespersons mentioned of their respective statements.
Their shareholders wrote to the businesses that they misplaced confidence in Singhania as a Director and requested to convene a shareholder assembly to take away her from the boards, the statements mentioned.
“JK Buyers Bombay and Good Advisory are carefully held firms. The boards of those firms (together with Singhania) met on 31 March and convened shareholders’ conferences for right now. She has now been eliminated as Director following the due strategy of the regulation,” Spokesperson JK Buyers (Bombay) and Good Advisory mentioned in a press release.
