Might 5 (Reuters) – Swedish personal fairness agency EQT AB will purchase U.S.-based digital consultancy agency Perficient in a deal valued at about $3 billion in an all-cash transaction that can take the corporate personal, the businesses stated in an announcement on Sunday.
EQT can pay $76 per share in money to Perficient’s frequent stockholders, the businesses stated, including that the deal has been unanimously accepted by Perficient’s board.
Perficient’s shares will not commerce on the Nasdaq inventory change after the deal closes, the businesses stated in an announcement.
Tom Hogan will proceed as chief govt of the digital consultancy agency that has over 40 world areas, the assertion stated.
