A 25-year-old man faces charges after striking a pedestrian with his vehicle following a heated argument at the 200 block of Parent Avenue in Windsor May 20.
Windsor police say a man was rollerblading with his dog when he was hit from behind by a grey Chrysler 300 at about 8:30 p.m. The victim had resumed rollerblading with his dog following an argument before being struck.

Police say the motorist turned his vehicle around and struck the victim then fled the area.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The dog was uninjured.
The motorist faces charges of assault with a weapon, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and leaving the scene of an accident.
