The Regina Riot are asking for some help from the public.
After the Riot had their jerseys and pants stolen from an equipment manager’s vehicle in Regina’s south end sometime between May 22 at 10 p.m. and May 23 at 7 a.m., the Riot are hoping anyone with information about the whereabouts of their uniforms can return them.

The equipment was stored in two large black and blue duffel bags, according to a social media post sent out by the Riot.

The Riot — who have filed a police report on the matter — are asking that the uniforms be returned to the Regina Sports Performance Centre, located at 1464 Broadway Ave. Anyone with information can also email the club at reginariotfootball@gmail.com, phone them at 306-536-4692 or call the Regina Police Service.
It’s the second the Riot have had their jerseys stolen after someone broke in and stole the equipment manager’s minivan with the equipment inside in 2018, also in south Regina.
The van and jerseys were recovered by police eight days later.
“Our jerseys are not just uniforms for our athletes — they are a symbol of our hard work, dedication, and community spirit,” the social media post read. “We wear them with pride.
“We were fortunate to have our jerseys recovered by the RPS the last time they were stolen, and hope for the same outcome this time.”
The Riot — who have a record of 1-2 this season in the Western Women’s Canadian Football League — are set to play their final regular season game on Sunday against the Manitoba Fearless at Leibel Field at 1 p.m.
