• A 37-year-old Chatsworth woman was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI (less safe), open container violation and affixing materials that reduce or increase light transmission/reflectance of windows/windshield.
• A 27-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Friday by the Eton Police Department with DUI, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and driving without a valid license.
• A 42-year-old Cohutta man was charged Friday by the Cohutta Police Department with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects, criminal trespass (damage of $500 or less), loitering/prowling and peeping Tom.
• A 31-year-old Dalton woman was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession and use of drug-related objects and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• A 56-year-old Dalton man was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking/larceny/other.
• A 49-year-old Rocky Face woman was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• A 66-year-old Dalton woman was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• A 25-year-old Tunnel Hill man was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.
• A 42-year-old Spring City, Tennessee, woman was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with simple battery against law enforcement personnel; DUI; open container violation; obstruction of an officer by t whreat/violence; two counts of improper lane change or usage; failure to maintain lane; reckless driving; driving on a divided highway, controlled access road or emergency lane; driving without a license and speeding.
• A 36-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, open container violation and driving without a license and by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
• A 32-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI and improper lane change or usage.
• A 30-year-old Apison, Tennessee, man was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (multiple substances), misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers, speeding, passing within 200 feet of oncoming traffic, failure to maintain lane and felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
• A 45-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with cruelty to children (third or subsequent offense) and battery (family violence).
• A 51-year-old Montgomery, Alabama, woman was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.
• A 22-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• A 40-year-old Dalton woman was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession and use of drug-related objects and DUI (drugs).
• A 27-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 61-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and unlawful use of a central lane.
• A 20-year-old Cohutta man was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, taillights violation, giving false information to a law officer, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without a valid license, felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to maintain lane and speeding.
• A 20-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, improper lane change or usage and failure to maintain lane/driving on the wrong side of the road.
• A 19-year-old Dalton woman was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 46-year-old Ringgold man was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane and driver to exercise due care/proper use of phones and radios.
• A 44-year-old Montgomery, Alabama, woman was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and driving without a valid license.
• A 55-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (drugs).
• A 41-year-old Dalton man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
• A 32-year-old Bluefield, Virginia, man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 21-year-old Dalton man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 35-year-old Rome woman was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 43-year-old Adairsville man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 36-year-old Dalton woman was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 32-year-old Dalton man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• A 36-year-old Dalton man was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving without a valid license.
• A 30-year-old Chatsworth woman was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers and crossing a guard line with drugs without consent.
• A 42-year-old Ellijay man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (drugs), operating a motor vehicle without a proper tag/decal, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without insurance and failure to maintain lane.
• A 34-year-old Chattanooga man was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, open container violation and failure to maintain lane.
• A 58-year-old Dalton man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer for a felony offense, felony probation violation, misdemeanor failure to appear, headlights violation, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving too fast for conditions, passing in no-passing zones, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
• A 23-year-old Dalton woman was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary (forced entry, dwelling), possession of meth, sale of meth, trafficking meth (possession), possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked/canceled registration and safety belts violation (adults).
• A 43-year-old Suwanee man was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a proper tag/decal and by the Dalton Police Department with duty upon striking a fixed object.
• A 22-year-old Dalton woman was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by taking/larceny/other.
• A 43-year-old Dalton man was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (endangering a child) and driving without insurance.
