Musk reiterated Elluswamy’s importance, highlighting him as the first engineer hired for Tesla’s Autopilot team. He emphasized the groundbreaking work accomplished by Elluswamy and the AI/Autopilot team, stating that without their contributions, Tesla would merely be seeking an autonomous supplier that does not exist.
