TIH Insurance Holdings LLC on Monday named former Piper Sandler & Co. managing director Chris Grady executive vice president and head of strategy and corporate development.
He will lead TIH’s strategic planning, merger and acquisition activities, and all other corporate development initiatives, TIH said in a statement.
Mr. Grady was most recently a managing director in the insurance banking practice of Piper Sandler. Prior to that, he was head of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for Marsh & McLennan Agency.
Based in New York, he reports to TIH CEO John Howard, according to an email from a spokesman.
