A fire erupted at Nigerian industrial conglomerate Dangote Industries Ltd.’s $20 billion refinery outside Lagos, damaging a section of the facility barely six months after it started operations, The Africa Report reported. The incident comes just days after the company accused international oil companies of sabotaging the refinery, blaming them for selling crude oil above the market price or failing to supply the refinery with crude.
