Artex Risk Solutions Inc., a unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has acquired U.K.-based Implement Compliance Solutions & Resources Ltd., which provides consulting and support services related to risk, governance, compliance, and operations mainly to insurers in the country, Reinsurance News reported. Kenneth Underhill, director of implement compliance, and his team will continue to operate from their current location under the leadership of Paul Eaton, head of Artex EMEA.
