London-based Howden Broking Group Ltd. launched Howden Re Japan and named Kentaro Tada CEO of the new venture, Captive Insurance Times. Howden Re Japan will provide reinsurance brokerage services to nonlife and life insurance companies in the country. Howden has also announced an insurance-linked securities partnership with Japan-based Keystone ILS Capital.
