Windsor police have arrested two suspects and are searching for a third following a violent robbery in a Walkerville neighbourhood that sent a resident to hospital.
Officers found an injured man in the 1000 block of Lincoln Road Thursday morning around 7 a.m. He was on the ground and unconscious outside a residential garage.
The injured man was taken to hospital where he remained Friday in the intensive care unit. Police did not disclose the extend of his injuries or his age.

Windsor police said the man had confronted three male suspects who were breaking into his garage.
A struggle ensued and the suspects allegedly assaulted the man with weapons before fleeing the scene. Police did not disclose what weapons were used.
Officers arrested one suspect approximately three hours later at the Windsor Regional Hospital’s Metropolitan Campus.
A second suspect was arrested at a residence in the 1000 block of Albert Road Thursday evening.

Laurent Dupuis, 57, and Brandon Murphy, 35, have each been charged with robbery, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Dupuis also faces an additional charge of assault causing bodily harm.
Police continue to search for 38-year-old Paul Christopher Kelly.
Kelly is wanted on charges of robbery, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and break-and-enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
