Insurers in eight provinces of China, including Hunan, Zhejiang, and Fujian, face claims totaling nearly 2.5 billion Chinese yuan ($338.2 million) from recent floods, Asia Insurance Review reported. The claims are related to corporate property insurance, agricultural insurance, farmhouse insurance, accident insurance, and auto insurance.
