Hub International Ltd. announced Wednesday that it has acquired the assets of Wyatt Insurance Services Inc., a Tennessee-based agency that focuses on the nonprofit and construction sectors.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wyatt Insurance, founded in 1995, specializes in commercial and personal insurance, risk management and employee benefits.
The agency has a staff of more than 20, with offices in Knoxville and Clarksville, Tennessee.
