There is urgent need for more to be done with the addiction crisis in the downtown Windsor area.
Unconscious people collapsed about the downtown area is a horror. This emergency must be dealt with.
We need more detox beds; easier access to detox; and more support after detox.
No one can get better on the streets. They need a bed and support.
Change is needed now.
