London-based insurer Aviva PLC has returned to Lloyd’s of London after it acquired Probitas Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. for £249 million ($319 million), Reinsurance News reported. The transaction includes Probitas’s Lloyd’s platform, incorporating its managing agent, corporate member, international distribution entities and tenancy rights to syndicate 1492. The deal was announced in March.
