TMG Insurance Services LLC said Monday it has hired former Canopius Group Ltd. executive Coleman Johnson as senior vice president and chief underwriting officer, a newly created role.
Mr. Johnson previously was CUO for U.S. and Bermuda at Canopius. Prior to that he held various senior underwriting roles at Liberty Mutual Group, The Hanover Insurance Group Inc. and Hartford Financial Services Group Inc.
TMG, based in West Des Moines, Iowa, is an insurance services platform focused on the mutual insurance industry.
