Artex Risk Solutions Inc., a unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., said Monday it has launched a protected cell company in Vermont.
Artex Axcell PCC (Vermont) Inc. was formed in April.
The PCC offers organizations “of all sizes and industries” with an alternative platform to support their risk transfer needs, Artex said.
