The Baldwin Insurance Group Inc. Monday named Amy Carlisle president of MGA solutions and Austin Rock president of capacity solutions.
Ms. Carlisle, who joined the Tampa, Florida-based brokerage in 2022 from Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., was previously head of product management for Baldwin’s Millennial Specialty Insurance LLC unit.
In her new role, she will focus on expanding into new managing general agency business, among other things, a Baldwin statement said.
Mr. Rock, who joined the brokerage in 2020 from J.P. Morgan, was previously director of strategy and partnerships for the brokerage. He will focus on non-MGA business, including Baldwin’s reinsurance brokerage and its captive management business, among other things, the statement said.
Both executives will continue to report to Jim Roche, president of Baldwin and CEO of its Underwriting, Capacity and Technology Solutions operating division.
Meanwhile, Ryan Fauls joined the brokerage as chief technology officer for UCTS, Baldwin said. Most recently, he was chief technology officer of technology company Fiduciary Exchange LLC.
