Bermuda-based Mosaic Insurance Holdings Ltd. Monday announced several leadership changes as it reorganized its underwriting and operational teams.
The specialty insurer, which was launched in 2021, named Liam Jones, agency CEO, Lisa Fontanetta, chief operating officer and Krishnan Ethirajan chief digital officer and AI officer.
Mr. Jones was previously executive vice president and strategic growth officer, Ms. Fontanetta was chief of staff and Mr. Ethirajan was chief operating officer.
Mosaic also named Charlie Mackay, chief underwriting officer, international. Previously, he was active underwriter of Mosaic’s Lloyd’s of London syndicate 1609. Anna Jay, previously global head of professional liability, will be active underwriter of the syndicate.
David White, previously underwriting director, was named managing director, product and portfolio optimization; Grant Hopkins, head of financial planning and analysis, will also be head of strategic finance; and Heather Oliver, who was senior vice president, political violence, was named head of corporate affairs.
