A 60-year-old man is accused of peering into the window of an East York home while committing an indecent act on Monday night.

Toronto Police say officers responded to a call on Tuesday for a suspicious incident that occurred the night before at a residence near Woodycrest and Mortimer Aves.
A man showed up on the home’s front porch at 9:15 p.m. and then again at 11 p.m., Const. Laurie McCann said Wednesday.
“He was captured on surveillance video committing an indecent act while peering into the victim’s residence,” she alleged in a news release.

The man was last seen walking north on Woodycrest Ave.
Police released an image of a suspect on Tuesday hoping members of the public could help identify him.
Investigators subsequently made an arrest on Wednesday.
Abid Chaudry, of Toronto, is charged with two counts of voyeurism, two counts of trespass at night, one count of criminal harassment and one count of indecent act.
He was to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury St., on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
