POLITICAL SYSTEM MUST CHANGE
This country is in serious trouble. I think we have the worst prime minister since Confederation, and I fear that we are stuck with him until October 2025. I shudder to think of how much damage he and his faithful followers will do before he is out of power.
The other concern I have is that we have a political system that allows this situation to continue. I think the time has come for serious review of our system. First, we have too many fringe parties that split the vote and make achieving a majority government very difficult.
Second, why do we allow a āfederalā party that runs candidates in one province only? This is ridiculous and needs to change. At the very least, require candidates to run in perhaps a minimum of six provinces or territories and attain a minimum number of seats in said provinces or territories in order to qualify for āfederalā party status.
If steps arenāt taken to change this situation, we will continue to see our country devolve and our civil rights disappear.
Justin Trudeau is well on his way to creating a dictatorship. Surely something can be done before he achieves his goal.

MORE LIBERAL WASTE
Re: Fedsā ventilator buy wasted millions: MP, July 10
A Conservative MP does a little digging and finds out the Trudeau Liberals bought $700 million worth of ventilators at $22,000 each during the pandemic and now are selling them for as little as $6, still in their crates, at scrap metal auctions?
Like that ā70s TV sitcom featuring zany junk dealer Fred Sanford, in the immortal words of the late great Redd Foxx, the Canadian taxpayers are having another big one, Elizabeth! More incredible waste!

(If itās true it does paint a pretty great picture of how well the Liberals have done of late.)
Growing dicontent
A new poll shows 70 percent Canadians feel we are broken with growing discontent and lack of pride Itās no wonder seeing weāre being chastised by world leaders for our failed commitments on issues like NATO that our government knew we were unlikely to keep We once were envied worldwide due to our robust economy but now poor economic policies have caused many Canadians to fall into an abyss of despair being on the cusp of the worst decline in our living standards in 40 years with no end in sight.
