A 36-year-old La Ronge woman whose loved ones reported her missing after having no contact from her since July 13 has been found safe, RCMP said in a news release issued late Wednesday afternoon.
Cheryl McKenzie was officially reported missing on Monday. RCMP released photographs of her, along with a plea for the public’s help locating her, on Tuesday.
Wednesday’s media release gave no details about where or how she was found.
“Thank you to the media and the public for their assistance in this matter,” it said.
