Cyber risk analytics firm CyberCube Analytics Inc. has estimated insured losses for the standalone cyber insurance market from the global information technology outage on July 19 at between $400 million and $1.5 billion, Artemis reported. The outage represents a loss ratio impact of somewhere between 3% and 10% on global cyber premiums of $15 billion.
