Norway-based insurer Gjensidige Forsikring ASA has agreed to sell its Baltic subsidiary ADB Gjensidige to Ergo International AG for €80 million ($86.8 million), Verdict reported. ADB Gjensidige offers general insurance products, serving both private and commercial customers in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
