- Children of Morta is a former PC exclusive, now coming to mobile
- Releasing on iOS and Android this story-based RPG offers roguelite elements
- Features 7 playable characters and a deep, family-driven story
For many people, family is everything. And that can’t be more true for the Bergsons. This monster-slaying family has watched over the land of Rhea for centuries. But when an ancient evil once more stalks the land and looms over Mount Morta, it’ll be the fight of the millennia for this clan.
And that’s the story of the upcoming mobile release Children of Morta! First released back in 2019, this story-driven roguelite RPG is finally making its way to mobile. Releasing on iOS and Android, you can pre-register now.
Children of Morta sees you command seven playable characters from the Bergson family, all of whom can be upgraded with new gear and skills to combat evil. Journey through procedurally-generated dungeons and explore the story of this family either alone or with friends via the in-built co-op!
Mines of Morta
We’re always excited to see PC games finally making the jump to mobile to find a whole new audience. And while Children of Morta definitely looks to have some serious Banner Saga influences, we have to admit the idea of also adding in the family dynamic and multiple playable characters is an innovative choice.
As for all the other gameplay additions, procedurally-generated dungeons are sure to keep gameplay fresh, meanwhile being able to play with friends means you’ve got another human to help you out in sticky situations.
You can pre-register for Children of Morta right now on iOS or Android!
