German insurer HDI Global SE has received regulatory approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority to open a new office in Dubai, U.A.E., Reinsurance News reported. The insurer is planning to start its operations from the Dubai International Financial Centre in the third quarter of this year, initially offering construction, engineering, and property insurance.
