A woman is facing a murder charge in a case where a man died after being struck by a car, according to Fort Worth police.
Alison Cotton, 53, was arrested on June 23. She was initially charged with aggravated assault, but the charge was changed on Tuesday to murder, according to Fort Worth jail records.
The report says Cotton struck 62-year-old Roosevelt Little with a vehicle in the 2001 block of South Hughes Avenue on June 22.
Little died in a hospital on Saturday, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner, but the cause and manner of his death have not yet been determined.
