The Vixens tried to give the work the ball to Jo Weston on the transverse line and enter the goal third but she’s squished by two Thunderbirds players and is unable to take the ball cleanly.
Thunderbirds the more urgent side, race to the ball, pick it up and take it up their end to score, 49-44.
Right after that, the Vixens take their second timeout of the game with about 10 minutes left on the clock.
