Geo Underwriting Services Ltd., part of Ardonagh Advisory Holdings Ltd., has announced plans to acquire U.K.-based marine insurer Navigators & General Insurance Co. Ltd. from Zurich Insurance U.K., Reinsurance News reported. Navigators & General offers boat and vessel insurance, in addition to cover for commercial marine activities such as boat builders, hire fleets, and marinas.
