- Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King is teaming with ROG for a limited-edition phone
- Details are scant at the moment, but it looks to be packaged with some collectible goodies
- Black Clover M adapts the titular manga, and the journey of two orphans struggling to become the next wizard king
ROG (Republic of Gamers) is teaming up with another top mobile game as it’s set to introduce the new ROG Phone 8 BCM Edition in collaboration with Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King. The manufacturer previously teamed up with Blizzard for a limited-edition Diablo Immortal phone, and it seems that’s started a bit of a trend.
Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King adapts the super-popular Shonen series, which follows a young man in a world where magic is commonplace. However, the main character Asta is born without magic, but that all changes when he finds the mysterious, titular, black clover-emblazoned grimoire. Alongside his prodigal childhood friend Yuno, Asta will compete to become the next wizard king, the apex of their kind.
The Black Clover M Edition Phone will, judging by promotional images, come packaged with some goodies themed after the game. However, information is a bit thin on the ground, but we’ll keep you posted as and when we’re updated.
A dark (clover) horse
Black Clover M has been a bit of a dark horse of a game. Since its release it has successfully seen the introduction of multiple new content updates, including the hotly-anticipated addition of PvP combat! So, with that said it was still a bit of a shocker to see ROG plunging into a new collaboration deal.
But maybe that means that under the hood, Black Clover M is even more successful than we might’ve guessed.
