Insurica announced Wednesday that Amy Herboek is being promoted to chief financial officer.
Ms. Herboek joined Insurica in April 2011 when the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based brokerage acquired Guaranty Insurance Services, where she was serving as enterprise controller. She was promoted in August 2021 to chief accounting officer.
Her promotion to CFO allows Ed Young, who was acting as CFO and chief operating officer, to direct his full attention to being COO, the brokerage said.
Ms. Herboek will be based in Oklahoma City and report to CEO Mike Ross.
