Brown & Brown Inc. has agreed to acquire Netherlands-based independent insurance broker Quintes Holding B.V. from Aquiline Capital Partners LP for over $700 million, Coverager reported. Quintes serves approximately 200,000 small- and mid-sized businesses and retail customers in the country.
