It marks the company’s first collaboration in the region
Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC has announced a new partnership with Harvey Insurance Agency, a second-generation agency based in Pasco, Washington. This marks Patriot’s first partnership in the Pacific Northwest.
Harvey Insurance Agency, founded in 1995 by Randy Harvey, highlighted its growth under the leadership of Randy’s children, Kaleb Harvey and Stacia Gray, who took over the agency in 2017.
The company noted that it has become one of the region’s fastest-growing, and Harvey’s retirement in 2023 marked a key milestone in its history.
Kaleb Harvey (pictured above), agency principal at Harvey, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating that Patriot’s background and business model align well with the agency’s future vision.
“This partnership will enable us to provide our clients with more resources and access to new markets, advanced technology, and guidance to maximize our efficiency,” he said.
Harvey Insurance Agency specializes in property and casualty insurance, with a strong focus on construction-related insurance and high-net-worth clients. The agency highlighted that its expertise in these areas, combined with Harvey’s knowledge of the construction sector and Gray’s focus on personal lines, has contributed to the agency’s success and diverse portfolio.
“We have an unwavering commitment to our clients, and we are proud of our dynamic workforce,” Gray said. “The Patriot partnership is an exciting new chapter for us, as we look forward to the exponential growth it will undoubtedly bring.”
Steve Carroll, chief acquisition officer at Patriot, expressed excitement about the partnership, noting that expanding into the Pacific Northwest has been a strategic priority for the firm.
“From our first meeting, it was evident that Harvey was the right partner to plant the Patriot flag in the region, given the strong alignment of long-term growth goals and core values between our two firms,” Carroll said.
