The Regina Police Service (RPS) and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating a woman’s death in Regina’s North Central neighbourhood.
Early Saturday morning, police and EMS were called to a home on the 1000 block of Montague Street.
In a news release, police say they found a dead woman in the home.
Members of the RPS Major Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Unit were then also called to come help with the investigation.

At this point, RPS says it isn’t planning to release more information about the woman’s death to the public. However, anyone who has more information that could help the police investigation is being asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Regina Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
RPS says the woman’s next-of-kin have been notified.
