Australia-based insurance broker network AUB Group Ltd. has entered into an agreement to acquire an 80% stake in U.K.-based Movo Group of Companies, Verdict reported. The acquisition includes Movo’s authorized representative network Movo Partnership, equity broking group Movo Insurance Brokers, and insurance technology platform Durell Software.
