There may be no quarterback in the NFL with as much on the line in the 2024 NFL season as Giants quarterback Daniel Jones. Anyone who watched the offseason version of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” left with the understanding that the Giants are trusting Jones as their quarterback for now. What can Fantasy football players expect from Jones and the Giants offense entering Fantasy football 2024? Star running back Saquon Barkley signed with the Eagles, but the Giants drafted wide receiver Malik Nabers with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft and the rookie has been getting rave reviews this offseason and climbing the 2024 Fantasy football WR rankings.
How high should Nabers be placed in 2024 Fantasy football rankings and can you trust the rookie with an injury-prone quarterback as a key to your 2024 Fantasy football draft strategy? If you’re looking for 2024 Fantasy football advice, be sure to check out the 2024 Fantasy football cheat sheets from the proven computer model at SportsLine.
Last year, the model accurately predicted that Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle would fail to live up to his Fantasy football ADP. Waddle’s 2023 Fantasy football ADP was 34.86 overall and he was the 11th receiver off the board on average. He’d go on to notch a 1,000-yard season but only had 72 receptions with four touchdowns and he’d finish as the No. 34 Fantasy football wide receiver in CBS Sports PPR leagues.
The same model has a proven track record providing Fantasy football tips, identifying A.J. Brown as a sleeper in 2020 and nailing Jonathan Taylor’s monstrous season in 2021. Additionally, it’s called past Fantasy football sleepers like Derrick Henry in 2019, Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara in 2018, and Davante Adams in 2017. Anybody who banked on players like those made a run at their league title.
The model is powered by the same people who generated projections for all three major Fantasy sites, and it beat human experts last season when there was a big difference in ranking. The 2024 Fantasy football PPR rankings and 2024 Fantasy football standard projections update multiple times daily, so you’re always getting the best Fantasy football advice and the latest Fantasy football tiers.

Top 2024 Fantasy football QB rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football QB picks:
1. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Hurts saw his Fantasy scoring average drop from 25.6 to 21.9 points per game last year, but he still finished QB2 in total scoring. He continues to provide massive rushing value, racking up 15 rushing touchdowns last year. There is room for improvement with his passing efficiency, making him the top quarterback in the rankings.
2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: In 2023, Allen finished as the QB1 for the second consecutive season, averaging 23.1 Fantasy points per game. He threw for more than 4,300 yards and 29 touchdowns, while rushing for a career-high 15 scores. The Bills lost Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis in the offseason, but Allen is still one of the top Fantasy quarterbacks heading into the 2024 season.
3. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs: The two-time MVP had the worst year of his starting career, averaging less than 20.5 Fantasy points for the first time in his career. He still finished with 4,183 passing yards and 27 touchdowns though, and the Chiefs improved his supporting cast by adding wide receivers Marquise Brown and Xavier Worthy. Veteran tight end Travis Kelce is healthy now as well, so Mahomes should post improved Fantasy numbers this season. See more top QBs here.
Top 2024 Fantasy football RB rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football RB picks:
1. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers: McCaffrey is coming off his best season as a professional, finishing the 2023 season with 272 rushing attempts for 1,459 yards and 14 rushing touchdowns. He also excelled as a pass catcher, hauling in 67 receptions for 564 yards and seven additional scores. McCaffrey is the cream of the crop at the running back position and should be the first RB taken off the board.
2. Breece Hall, New York Jets: Hall finished as RB2 overall last year despite the fact he was coming off an ACL injury and he only scored five rushing touchdowns. With a healthy Aaron Rodgers under center, Hall isn’t expected to see a lot of crowded boxes in 2024.
3. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles: Barkley signed with the rival Eagles this offseason after spending his first six seasons with the Giants. He should benefit greatly from Philadelphia’s effective offensive line after averaging just 3.9 yards per carry last season. Despite the low rushing numbers behind a shaky offensive line, Barkley still managed to reach double-digits in touchdowns the last two seasons. See more top RBs here.
Top 2024 Fantasy football WR rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football WR picks:
1. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys: Lamb put together one of the most dominant Fantasy football seasons for a wide receiver in NFL history last year. His 135 receptions were the third most in the NFL over the last eight seasons and he finished with 16 more receptions than anyone else in the league last season. His 1,749 receiving yards were second in the NFL and he added 12 touchdowns as the WR1 in Fantasy football. Dallas has a nearly identical playmaking group back from last year, so expect a huge usage from Lamb yet again as the model’s top WR for 2024 Fantasy football drafts.
2. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins: Hill certainly isn’t one to hold back on his high self-praise, but given his production on the field, he has no reason to be modest. Hill led the NFL with 1,799 receiving yards last season, becoming the first player to record at least 1,700 receiving yards in back-to-back seasons. Even at 30 years old, Hill still has elite speed and Mike McDaniel will scheme plenty of ways to target him yet again.
3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions: St. Brown is as vital to the Detroit passing game as any receiver is for his team in the NFL. He had at least 100 yards in nine of 16 games during the regular season, which was the most in the league. That consistency makes him a top target in 2024 Fantasy football drafts as there won’t be a week where he isn’t a highly targeted option. St.Brown finished tied for second in receptions (119) and third in receiving yards (1,515) last season. See more top WRs here.
Top 2024 Fantasy football TE rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football TE picks:
1. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs: A complete no-brainer as the top Fantasy tight end in recent years, Kelce’s status is a bit more up in the air this season after recording 984 yards and five touchdowns last season. After seven straight 1,000-yard seasons, however, SportsLine’s model isn’t writing him off. He remains TE1 thanks in large part to the ample scoring opportunities he’ll get in a Kansas City passing attack that lacks a clear No. 1 WR.
2. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens: A cracked fibula ended Andrews’ 2023 campaign, but he was pacing for another solid season. A repeat of his monster 107-1361-9 season in 2021 might be a stretch, but his recent production, when healthy, suggests he could push for 1,000 yards and eight or nine touchdowns if he stays on the field.
3. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions: A Fantasy football breakout in 2023, LaPorta exploded for 86 catches, 889 yards and 10 touchdowns as a rookie. Jared Goff clearly found a high level of comfort with the Iowa product, and there’s no reason to expect significant regression in 2024. See more top TEs here.
