Australian airline Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd. is facing a class action lawsuit over allegations that it failed to refund payments to customers for flights canceled during the Covid-19 pandemic, despite being legally obliged to do so, The Guardian reported. The lawsuit is headed by Echo Law Pty Ltd., which alleges that Jetstar customers were pushed into holding hundreds of millions of dollars in restricted travel credits rather than payments.
