A Saskatoon man was arrested early Friday after an armed robbery at a Fairhaven convenience store.
Just before 2 a.m., city police received a report of an armed robbery at a convenience store in the 200 block of Pendygrasse Road.
Officers arrived and learned two men had entered the store holding knives and demanding cigarettes and cash, police said in a news release.

The suspects “fled the store with the stolen property and an undisclosed amount of money.”
Investigating officers found one of the suspects a short distance away, police said.
The 25-year-old man is charged with two counts of robbery and failure to comply with court-ordered conditions.
