A 27-year-old driver has been arrested following a collision in east Windsor that sent one person to hospital.
The incident occurred Saturday night at around 11 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a multi-vehicle collision in the 1500 block of Tourangeau Road.
Police reported that the vehicle, a Chevrolet Sonic, had been travelling northbound at an “extremely high” rate of speed, went through a stop sign, and collided with several parked vehicles.

A 19-year-old passenger was extricated from the vehicle by firefighters and transported to hospital with serious injuries. The driver was also taken to hospital for minor injuries, according to police.
The 27-year old is charged with dangerous operation of a conveyance causing bodily harm.
All other vehicles involved in the crash were unoccupied at the time.
