Hardeep Singh Gil, owner of a Pizza Fiamma restaurant location in Brampton, says that when the business started in 2010, they were serving more traditional pizza topping combinations.
To serve their customer base, they later introduced Indian ingredients. Today, they have 14 locations and offer a Butter Chicken pizza, a Shahi Paneer pizza and a Soya Chaap pizza.
The Butter Chicken sauce and Shahi Paneer recipes came from India’s Punjab region.
