A 30-year-old man is facing multiple drug-trafficking charges after RCMP seized more than 650 grams of illicit substances from a home and business in Swift Current.
In an ongoing investigation, the Swift Current arm of the RCMP’s Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team worked with the local detachment to execute search warrants at the home and business on Thursday, police said in a news release Tuesday.

Police seized 503 grams of methamphetamine, 105 grams of cocaine, 52 grams of fentanyl, trafficking paraphernalia and cash. Officers arrested the man at the business, where he was a patron, police said.
The Swift Current man is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000.
He was scheduled to appear in Swift Current provincial court Tuesday.
