Tommy Fury has shared his weight loss transformation in his latest YouTube video weeks after his split from Molly-Mae Hague.
The couple shocked fans by announcing they had called off their engagement after meeting on Love Island five years ago.
The boxer, 25, filmed himself on a morning run around leafy Cheshire and revealed he had lost 7lbs in a week as he ramped up his training regime.
Tommy said: ‘The best way of therapy for me is getting out first thing, clearing your head, going out there on a nice long run, fresh air, there’s nothing better.
‘It sets you up for the day.’Â
In the five-minute video, Tommy also teased he was prepping for a ‘very exciting’ project lined up for the end of the year.
It echoes an upcoming announcement about a secret business venture his ex Molly-Mae, 25, said she will make on September 8.
However, TikTok sleuths are convinced they have already worked out the Love Island star’s big reveal after an investigation on Companies House.
Account Girly Girl discovered Molly-Mae had listed a business called Maebe Ltd and discovered it would be selling clothing and accessories.
Earlier this week, Tommy hinted at a mental health struggle after parting ways from the PrettyLittleThing ambassador but had made a ‘positive’ step.
Tommy shared on social media: ‘My mental health needed this positive step today. Thank you God for healing me🙏🏼.’
Last week, Tommy returned to Instagram and admitted it had been a ‘heartbreaking’ time.
In reference to cheating allegations, he continued: ‘The false allegations about me have been horrendous, thank you to everybody who has stood by me through this.’
‘Tommy is horrified by the false allegations of cheating being circulated by the media and he’s consulting his lawyers,’ his rep previously told Metro.co.uk.
Meanwhile, Molly-Mae has clarified she is ‘never going to talk about’ the breakup publicly, out of respect for Tommy and their young daughter, Bambi.
In her vlog, she said: ‘I’m not going to give a story and explain what is happening, but to be honest with you that was something that was never going to happen and isn’t something I’m planning on doing or talking about.’
Their break-up news came as a shock after several public declarations of their love, including celebrating five years together just weeks ago.
Just three weeks before announcing their breakup, Molly-Mae called Tommy the ‘love of her life’.
The couple, who became engaged in July 2023, moved in together months after meeting on Love Island in 2019.
They bought their dream home in March 2022, after they welcomed their daughter Bambi in January 2023.
