Windsor police have seized more than $45,000 in stolen property and arrested the last of three suspects following a break-in several months ago.
The Windsor Police Service said its Target Base Unit began investigating May 27 after a break and enter at a commercial property in the 3600 block of Lauzon Road.
Police said the culprits stole 30 compression fittings, which only utility companies can buy. The fittings were worth a total of about $45,540, according to investigators.

Officers recovered 29 of the 30 stolen fittings. Police also identified three suspects, and eventually arrested them over the last few months.
On May 29, officers arrested a 48-year-old woman, who has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime and trafficking property obtained by crime.
They arrested a 37-year-old man on Aug. 9 and charged him with possession of property obtained by crime, trafficking property obtained by crime, and fraud under $5,000.
Police arrested the final suspect, a 56-year-old man, on Monday. He has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime and trafficking property obtained by crime.
