The Saskatoon police collision analysis team is investigating the circumstances of a fatal collision east of the city on Monday evening.
Around 7:20 p.m., a two-vehicle crash involving a truck and an SUV was reported at the intersection of Highway 5 and Highway 41, a Tuesday news release said. Police were told there were injuries.
Arriving officers attended to the driver of the SUV, a 54-year-old woman “who appeared to be suffering from life-threatening injuries,” the release said.
