Re: Trudeau supports letting Ukraine strike deep into Russia with NATO arms, despite Putin’s threats, online, Sept. 13
Over his nine long years as prime minister, Justin Trudeau has made many idiotic proclamations. However, this one is the most irresponsible and dangerous yet. It comes with Russian President Vladimir Putin saying that, if Ukraine uses weapons from NATO to attack deep inside his country, it would mean war against NATO countries, thereby including Canada.
This Joe Biden administration proxy war against Russia keeps moving the West ever closer to a greatly expanded war. Trudeau needs to stop such bluster and think before he makes statements that can have dire consequences.
Trudeau is nobody who should be poking the Russian Bear!

STOP THE KILLING IN UKRAINE
The killing still going on in Ukraine must stop. It has gone on far too long. Canada has always been a leader on peacekeeping problems, but today voices here are silent, including those of leading politicians.
A massive United Nations force must be sent into Ukraine immediately to stop the killing, including conscript Russians.
If it goes on much longer, there won’t be a single building standing in Ukraine.
My tax dollars must not be used for weapons to kill people.

LET US PICK UP PARK KINDLING
Dry vegetation is listed as one of the causes of wildfires. So, then, how come, in all parks both provincial and federal, people not allowed to use this dry vegetation, dead plants, long grass, broken branches and dead trees for kindling?

If people were allowed, the forests (at least in parks) would be a lot cleaner and it would help reduce the spread of fires. You are not allowed because you have to buy kindling and firewood at the park offices.
Outside of parks, people do clean up dry grass and broken branches, etc. When there are fires in parks, they spread quickly mostly due to the crap lying on the ground between trees.
Federal and provincial parks need to start allowing people (taxpayers) to clean up this mess instead of gouging them at the park entrance.
