Mom-to-be Devoleena Bhattacharjee shared a series of pictures of herself pandal hopping with her friends and husband, Shanawaz Shaikh.
Mom-to-be Devoleena Bhattacharjee is fully enjoying the Durga Puja festivities this year. After delighting her fans with stunning pictures in a traditional “laal paar sada” saree, the actress posted another update on October 11 to celebrate Navami. Devoleena took to her Instagram to share a series of photos showcasing her visits to various pandals alongside her husband, Shanawaz Shaikh, and a few friends.
In the pictures, the mom-to-be looked gorgeous in a purple saree paired with a heavily embroidered blouse. To enhance her look for the day, she opted for gold jewellery, a neatly tied bun hairdo and minimal makeup. The post opened with two pictures of the actress posing inside a pandal. Following this, Devoleena shared a selfie with her husband, who was donning a pink kurta.
Meanwhile, the actress also posted a closer look of Goddess Durga from various pandals. Devoleena included some selfies with her friends, a few group pictures and candid photos with Shanawaz. Sharing the post, the actress wished her fans “SHUBHO NOVOMI.” Soon after the post, her fans flooded the comment section with their compliments for the actress.
On Thursday, Devoleena posted another set of pictures in which she showcased her Bengali side in a “laal paar sada” saree paired with a red blouse. She opted for gold jewellery and left her long tresses open. In one of the pictures, the mom-to-be proudly flaunted her baby bump. Devoleena Bhattacharjee penned a heartwarming note along with the post, which read, “May the abundant blessings of Maa Durga bring peace, joy and prosperity to your life. Hearty wishes of Durga Puja to you and your family. Happy Ashtami.”
On August 15, the Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress announced her pregnancy after much speculation by her fans. She shared a series of pictures from a traditional “Panchamrti” ritual that took place at her home and was attended by her family and friends. Sharing the post, Devoleena wrote, “Celebrating the divine journey to motherhood with the sacred Panchamrit ritual, where tradition and love blend to bless the mother and her unborn child with health, prosperity, and joy during this beautiful chapter of life.” Meanwhile, she was also seen holding a “You can stop asking now” onesie in the pictures.
On the work front, Devoleena recently left the TV show Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya after its 100th episode due to her pregnancy. Sara Khan, Jaya Bhattacharya and Brinda Dahal were among her co-stars on the show.
