Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of sexual assault against six people in new lawsuits, including one minor.
The rapper was arrested last month over charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The 54-year-old has been accused of sexual assault and rape in claims that span decades – he has denied all allegations against him, with a further six lawsuits now filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee.
According to TMZ, four of these feature male accusers, with one alleging that he was just 16 years old when he was invited to one of the businessman’s infamous white parties in 1998.
The unnamed man claims that Combs took an interest in him, suggesting he could offer help with his career as he had the right look for the music industry.
He alleged that Combs ordered him to remove his trousers so that he could inspect his penis, describing the move as a rite of passage.
The outlet reports that he agreed and took his trousers off and exposed his penis, after which Combs ‘cupped and held onto his genitals, squeezing and feeling them’.
In another suit, filed in Manhattan earlier today, one John Doe alleged that he was hired to work as security for a white party in 2006, where he is believed to have consumed a drink laced with drugs.
He alleged that Combs forced him into a van and sexually assaulted him, inserting his penis into the man’s anus and sodomizing him.
Combs was accused of attacking a third man, who worked for Ecko Clothing in 2008, after a meeting in the stockroom at Macy’s flagship store in New York – where he alleged that he was pistol whipped before the Grammy-winner told him to ‘suck my d**k’ and orally raped him.
A fourth John Doe has claimed that he attended a party thrown by Combs in October, 2021, where he consumed one drink before the room started spinning – he then found himself paralyzed in a bedroom, where he was sexually assaulted by at least three men.
After being assaulted through ‘sodomy and other forced acts’ he ‘distinctly recalled’ seeing Combs naked above him.
USA Today reports that one Jane Doe has come forward, alleging that the producer raped her when she was 19 years old after they met at a photoshoot.
She claims that he invited her to an exclusive party at his Manhattan hotel in 2004, where he then ‘fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms Doe, all while she was begging him to stop’.
Another woman, who has also not been named, alleged that she was at a promotional party for Biggie Smalls’ One More Chance music video when Combs reportedly slammed her head into a wall and raped her – before striking her and threatening her.
Buzbee claims to be representing up to 120 alleged victims and vowed at the beginning of the month: ‘We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors.
‘We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.
‘It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure that we’re right before we do that. But the names that we’re going to name … are names that will shock you.’
Combs has not publicly addressed the recent lawsuits, but had previously denied all allegations made against him.
He has been named in multiple lawsuits in recent months, and was arrested last month – he is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, after being denied bail.
Damian Williams, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, held a press conference after he was detained, and told reporters: ‘Between at least 2008 and the present, Combs abused, threatened and coerced victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.
‘Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and the obstruction of justice.
‘As alleged, Combs used force, threats of force and coercion to cause victims to engage in extended sexual performances with male commercial sex workers, some of whom he transported or caused to be transported over state lines.’
His attorney told TMZ they were ‘disappointed’ by the arrest of an ‘innocent man.’
He added: ‘We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr Combs by the US Attorney’s Office.’
